Tuesday's Tip

I want to share a little tip with ya today.
Want to know how to find that hard to see item on the floor? Well, let me tell you...it's pretty easy, as in much easier than army crawling on the floor searching for it.

Grab some pantyhose

Slide it over the wand attachment of your vacuum cleaner

 Turn on vacuuum

And move it over the floor until you collect the item(s).

I also like to use this method after I've been sewing and using pins on the floor. I find that a few needles always seem to get away and when I vacuum with this method it insures that all the needles are collected.

There you have it. Hope ya'll have a blessed day

  3. This is great! I have another tip for you. Take a heavy duty magnet (mine is a 1" square)and tie a 4' piece of string to it. Dangle it just above the floor and it will attract pins, nails, screws ... anything metal and you don't have to see them or bend over to retrieve them! It's small enough to keep in your sewing box or "junk drawer" and very easy to get out when needed. ;-)
