It has to do with the new format that has the 4 different photo uploading options...1. from File (Browse) 2. From Blog, 3. From Picassa, 4. From URL.
Since Blogger has switched to the new format I have not been able to upload any pictures. I select an image from the Browser and the timer just turns and turns and turns never completing the upload.
I would love to Blog again but until then.......

Reply DeleteWhat if you try uploading your pictures to Picassa first and then to Blogger? Kind of the long way around, but maybe it will work.
Reply DeleteI have had the same difficulties, but solved my problem. Under settings (I think) there is an option to change back to the old photo uploaded. I did this. Uploaded one photo, and then switched back to the new format, and now everything is working fine. I hope this helps all you as well!
