{One Month}

Baby E turned one month yesterday. He has grown so much and seems like such a big boy now.

He eats every 2-3 hours.
Sleeps for long stretches and stays awake for long stretches.
His favorite alert time is early morning and late night when Little Miss is in bed.
He isn't a fan of his swing.
and
He HATES his car seat.

I'm coming out of the newborn fog a bit. I'm still waking up as many times throughout the night to nurse but I've caught up on sleep to the point that I'm not rushing to bed at 8:00 when I put Little Miss in bed.

We have made it out of the house a number of times during the day and he is sure to cry his head off. I'm just gonna keep on keepin' on and pray he will give it up real soon.

I'm savoring every chance I get alone with him as it's much different with two needing me at the same time. I'm so very thankful that Little Miss has had the most amazing response to sharing her Mommy, Daddy and home with another little one.We have been blessed and our prayers have been answered in so many ways.

  2. Your Baby E sounds alot like our Baby E! Eli just turned 7 weeks yesterday and is just now getting to where he likes his swing and can stand the car seat for a little while. So maybe Your Baby E will come around soon too! He is beautiful!

  3. Norah hated her car seat for a while too. So I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND. I have stopped 3 times on the way back from WalMart on multiple occasions!

    She still has issues occasionaly, but I think she's growing out of it.

    Good Luck!
