Grey & Yellow Nursery Inspiration

A friend of mine is expecting a baby girl at the end of the summer and is doing a grey/yellow vintage nursery. I wanted to pull together a few things to inspire her along the way. This Mamma is super talented and will have no problem making the perfect nursery.

I'm loving this precious nursery/big kid room. The grey is so soothing and the decorations are simple yet make a statement.

I'm in LOVE with this bedding. Ruffles get me every time.

This would be a fun use of wall art.

I love this nursery over at ohbrooke.com.... and the bed..oh the yellow bed.

I'm really digging the use of a galvanized can as either a diaper pale or a dirty clothes hamper.

Another yellow crib. That's it...I think baby #3 will need a yellow crib.
Love the stripes.

This would look great over a changing table/dresser and could even be downsized by using picket fence pieces.
Fabric.com is my favorite fabric source. 1. It's free shipping and no sales tax, 2. There is usually an online discount code you can find through a search engine, 3. I don't have to leave my house. I've grown to appreciate shopping online now that my time outside of the home is limited.

Most of these are Amy Butler, by far my favorite designer.

This etsy shop has the options to choose your fabric and get custom bedding made.

I like this frame collection and dresser in Gus and Lula's nursery.

Precious print found on etsy .

I don't know about you but this just inspired me to bring some yellow into my life.

  1. I am loving yellow these days too! My new favorite color combination is pink & yellow, which I plan to use in the girls' room. Thanks for the fun inspiration!
